TERMS AND CONDITION
We would like to inform you that as per the new guidelines from Banks and the Government of India, we require a TCS Declaration with the TAN Number and a copy of the TCS Challan to proceed with the booking. Regrettably, we are unable to proceed with the booking until we have received these necessary documents. Please note that the booking will be placed on hold until these documents are provided to us

The Above Cost Does Not Include: –

• Any Domestic / International flights.
• 5% TCS will be applicable as of 1st October 2020 on all the bookings. The travel agent has to collect the amount from the guest and has to pay to the government under the guest’s name and submit the payment challan to us so that SATGURU can remit the same to our Counterpart
• From 1^st of Oct 2023, TCS would be 20% and the Travel agent has to collect the amount from the guest and has to pay to the government under the guest’s name and submit the payment challan to us so that SATGURU can remit the same to our Counterpart
• We need a One-time TCS declaration form over your letterhead with the seal, signature, and Stamp of your Travel Agency.
• A passport Copy and PAN card Copy are mandatory at the time of confirmation

• Booking is Non-Refundable/Amendable after confirmation.
• Hotel Rooms/ Transfers/ Tours / Rates are subject to Availability at the time of booking.
• Should any of the following change a new quote will have to be provided: date of travel, number of Pax, accommodation type, duration of stay, and vehicle size.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. fuel increases, government regulations, etc.
• It is important to notice that various service providers may impose special terms and conditions regarding deposits, payments, cancellation fees, and/or refunds from time to time. All reservations would be subject to these additional conditions.
• All/Any expenses passengers might incur due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight cancellation/delays, accidents of any nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier policies, etc. It is suggested that clients take out travel insurance. • We strongly advise passengers to take out insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, loss of baggage, curtailment, and default at the time of booking – please advise your clients accordingly.
• We suggest you & Guest always check the Hotel Photos & Reviews before confirming the package/hotel.
• Standard check-in Time at the Hotel is 14:00 Hrs. or 15:00 Hrs. & Check-out time is 12:00 Hrs. This may vary from hotel to hotel.
• Special requests such as Early Check-in / Late Checkout / Twin Beds / Double Beds / Interconnecting Rooms / Jain Meal / Rooms on the Same floor etc. are always subject to availability & not guaranteed.
• The Triple Room might have an Extra bed or Rollaway Bed or Mattress.
• City Taxes wherever applicable will be paid by the Guest Directly at the Time of Check-In/Check-Out.
• It’s the Travel Agent’s responsibility to check the Passport expiry date (Minimum 6-month validity) while sending the booking to us or while sending confirmation to us.
• Hotels may ask for a refundable Security Deposit at the time of check-in.
• SIC (Seat in Coach Basis): The service will be on a sharing-vehicle/basis.
• PVT (Private): The service will be by private vehicle/basis.
• Guests have to be present at the lobby (reception area) OR at the Meeting point during their pick-up time of tours/ transfer.
• SIC Tour pickup/drop off will be either from the hotel or the nearest meeting point depending on the destination.
• Majorly Europe / USA / Australia / China / Japan / Russia do not have Pick up/drop off from the hotel lobby for SIC (Seat in Coach) Tours, the Client has to reach the specific meeting point on their own.
• For SIC Tours/Transfers drivers will wait a maximum of 5-10 minutes.
• Rooms & Rates are always subject to availability at the time of final confirmation.
