• If in case the package has an Indian Romantic Candle Light Dinner @ Jimbaran Beach, the food will be catered by Indian Restaurant and will be heated at the venue.
• The Jimbaran Beach venues are famous for their BBQ Fish and Chicken Dishes. Guest with a strict vegetarian diet may complain about the smell.
• The food may get cold due to the windy weather in Jimbaran Beach.
• Anything additional apart from the meal package booked will be additional and based on published rates
• We recommend doing the candlelight dinner at Indian Restaurant wherein the food will be served hot.
• Last minute cancellation of any meals or venue / will be non-refundableIf there is any act of god (Heavy Rain / Rough / Windy Weather / High Tides) venue reserves the right to cancel the arrangement and

• -Parasailing depends on water current due to which Adventure Parasailing is offered as an option by the water sport company with additional charges.
• -Snorkelling activity in Nusa Penida is standard with equipment (Mask and Life Jacket only) there is no trainer or training involved
• -If the guest wants premium snorkelling there will be additional charges the venue will also be different in Nusa Penida
• -No refund for unused services.
• -Maximum waiting for SIC tours will be 5 mins, exceeding this time the guest will need to reach the destination by own expense.
• -Sunset Dinner Cruise by Sea Safari is strictly subject to availability, as it is charted for private events
• -An upgrade to Bali Hai cruise will be offered which is premium as compared to Sea Safari with an additional upgrade cost
• -Bali Hai only operates on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
• -It is requested to all customers to adhere timing of all tours and transfers to evade escalations.
• -Multiple arrival departure is subject to additional cost as above cost based on passengers travelling (Arrival / Tours/ Departure) Together.
• -We are not responsible if the flight details are not shared on time
• -We do not promote water sport activity for children below 10 years due to safety reasons.
