13 Feb 2025/ Day 01 : Arrive Kathmandu – Sightseeing of  Pashupatinath, Darbar Square, Bouddhanath & Buddhanilkanta temple
Arrival Kathmandu Airport and pick up by driver will be there with a pla card. Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal. After Meet – Greet transfer to your hotel and check inn at hotel. After fresh up & change you will be taken to Pashupatinath Temple first. Pashupatinath Temple is one of the oldest Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and is listed as one of the World Heritage Sites. Later you continue to Boudhanath Stupa. Standing more than 120 feet tall, Boudhanath is also amongst the tallest Stupa in Asia.  Then you will go to Budhanilkantha Temple, the sleeping Vishnu temple. This temple is also called the Jalnarayan temple. After completing the sightseeing return to Hotel and overnight at hotel.

14 Feb 2025/ Day 03 :Kathmandu – Excursion trip to Chandragiri Hills with sightseeing of Swayambunath Stupa
After breakfast, you will leave for sightseeing. Drive to Thankot which is approx 20 kms from Kathmandu. From the base, take the cable car ride up to Chandragiri Hills. Enjoy the majestic view of the mountains ( subject to weather conditions ). Visit the Mandir. Stroll around the Chandragiri Area where there are play areas for children, food stalls, zip lining activities, horse riding and so on. Take the cable car back to the base. Continuing to visit the Swayambhunath Stupa is one of the crowning glories of Kathmandu Valley architecture. The entire structure of the stupa is deeply symbolic: the white dome represents the earth, while the 13-tiered, tower-like structure at the top symbolises the 13 stages to nirvana. After completing the sightseeing, drive back to the hotel.

15 Feb 2025/ Day 02 : KTM APT – BWA APT – Lumbini  – Sightseeing of  Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath & Buddhanilkanta temple
Today after breakfast transfer to Airport  and catch the flight for Bhairhawa.  Arrival Bhairhawa Airport and pick up by driver. After fresh up and change complete day sightseeing of Lumbini i.e. Buddha Birth Place, Maya Devi Temple, Bodhi Tree, Lumbini Museum, Ashok Pillar, Myamer Golden Temple, Monastery etc. Evening return back to hotel and Overnight at hotel

16 Feb 2025/ Day 04 : Leave Lumbini – Gorakhpur
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and depart for Gorakhpur. Once reach Gorakhpur airport board your flight for Indore or onward journey to your home town with beautiful memories.

• Breakfast at  the hotel
• All transfers and sightseeing  by AC Sedan car on point to point basis as per the itinerary
• Kathmandu – Bhairahawa air tickets

• Air Ticket from Indore-Kathmandu and Gorakhpur to Indore

After confirmation booking is under 30% Cancellation charge

1) 30% Cancellation Charges/Retention after confirmation.

2) 50% Cancellation Charges/Retention between 15-10 Days from the travel date of the package.

3) 75% Cancellation Charges/Retention between 10-08 Days from the travel date of the package.

4) 100% Cancellation Charges/Retention less than 07 Days from the travel date of the package.

5) 100% Cancellation Charges/Retention for no show and date change.

1) 50% payment after Holding email from our end for confirming the booking.

2) 75% payment 25 Days prior from the travel date of the package.

3) 100% payment 10 Days prior from the travel date of the package.

• The vehicle will not be on disposal and will be provided as per the program only.
• Vehicles will not be available for leisure/free-day/Shopping/Market. Available only point to point basis as per the itinerary.
• Drivers in Nepal are not educated. They speak/understand a very basic Hindi and English. They cannot do the job of a guide and will have to stay in the parking area along with the vehicle. The clients will have to buy the entrance fee on their own during the sightseeing.
• Guests need to get back to the hotel from sightseeing by 6 Pm at all destinations after that extra charges will be applicable for vehicles.
• Rates valid for Indian Passport holders only. OCI and PIO card is not valid in Nepal and cannot be used as an identification.
• Hotel : Standard Check in Time : 2 PM and Standard Check Out time : 11 AM
• Room Category : Base category which are called the Standard rooms or Deluxe rooms depending from hotel to hotel
• A Passport or a voter’s id is the only valid document to travel to Nepal by air. Clients will not be allowed to travel by air using an Aadhar card or a driving license. For children under 18 years, a school identification with a photograph in it is a valid document.
•  Inr. 200, 500 and 2000 notes are illegal and not acceptable in Nepal. Clients should carry Inr. 100 and below notes only. The maximum limit amount that a person can carry is Inr. 25000 which should be in denomination of Inr. 100 or below.
