• Each stateroom must have at least one passenger who is age 18+
• Age of Infant: 6 months to less than 2 years old. Infants must be at least 6 months old on date of sailing to be allowed to board.

• Resort World Cruises requires all guests above the age of 12 to be fully vaccinated and for definition of fully vaccinated status, please refer to https://www.moh.gov.sg/covid-19-phase-advisory. In addition, all guests will need to take a COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test (ART) at their own expense and receive a negative result before arriving at the cruise terminal for check-in formalities. The test can be taken at any clinic accredited by the Singapore Ministry of Health, at any of the Quick Test Centre or Combined Test Centre or over virtually supervised test with an approved private medical service provider. The test can only be taken earliest 24 hours prior to the ship departure time.

• Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents and visas are in order prior to departure from their home country
• RW Cruise Pte Ltd will not accept passengers who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during their cruise vacation
• RW Cruises Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel or substitute any scheduled port of call/itinerary/price/programme at any time without prior notice
• Distance from the airport to the departure port is approx. 25-45 Mins. (Depending on the traffic)
• Check-in starts 4 hours prior to the sailing time and closes 2 hours before the sailing time.
• Your cabin key is also a currency card for the cruise, all the onboard purchases/gratuities will be added in the same and the final amount would have to be settled at the time of check out
• You would get a Daily Programme List once you check in, the same would contain the details of all the onboard activities and entertainment shows
• Wi-Fi packages available on board at additional cost
• You can’t carry alcohol on board, liquor packages can be booked on board
• A swimming costume is mandatory to access the swimming pool

All cancellation fee imposed will be based on full package (Hotel, Land Pacage & Cruise) fare.

• Cancellation notification must be made to RW Cruises Pte Ltd by email.
• 100% cancellation charges will be levied for Non-refundable promotion fares and sailings classified as peak sailings.
• Change of all names in a cabin, change of sailing date and downgrading of cabin category are considered as cancellation and cancellation penalty applies.

Also note that vouchers or edocs will be given to you within 7 working days if the sailing is within 21 days after receiving the full payment only and if sailing date is more than 21 days then vouchers or edocs will be given to you within 15 days of sailing date only after receiving the full payment only .
