Nyepi Day Observance in Bali – March 28-29, 2025
We would like to inform you about the observance of Nyepi Day, also known as the Day of Silence, which will take place on March 29, 2025 during which the island comes to a complete halt for 24 hours.
Key details are as follows:
- Nyepi Observance (March 29, 2025):
- For 24 hours, all residents and visitors are expected to stay indoors and refrain from any outdoor activities.
• All lights must remain switched off.
• The transport network will be suspended, and airport operations will cease as the Ngurah Rai International Airport will remain closed for the entire day.
- Operational Adjustments (March 28, 2025):
- All activities across Bali will conclude early, with closures starting at 1:00 PM.
